available in 2018. These materials
supplement the Core Program
materials (My
Gift: Myself, A Guide To Excellence In
End Of Life Care), which are required.

to the End, Veterans at End of Life DVD - Border Mountain
has created an insightful and powerful informational film that
explores the unique emotional challenges faced by many
veterans, including trauma related dementia, Agent
Orange, and PTSD identification and treatment.
This DVD addresses the
unique issues facing veterans approaching end of life.
Caring for a Dying
Warrior is a student caregiver manual designed as a companion to
the Honored to
the End
DVD, this 200+ page manual covers amazing material
on the special needs of veterans and specific information
their caregivers will need to help them understand and
effectively communicate with these honored patients.
Minimum training materials required to
set up a new training program in your facility would be:
